Insight Integrative Wellness

About Us
At Insight Integrative Wellness, we are dedicated to treating the whole person—mind and body—simultaneously through an action-oriented approach to mental wellness. We seek individuals ready to build positive habits for improving their lives. While traditional talk therapy and medications have their place, we also emphasize somatic therapy tools that tap into our innate healing abilities. We use practices that we have personally benefited from and that are supported by research—such as yoga, breathwork, and meditation.
