Therapy

Insight offers an eclectic approach to therapy utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and a solution-focused approach to help you build insightful connections of past experiences to your current struggles. We aim to teach you how to implement practical, evidence-based tools to improve well-being. Each session is tailored to the individual's unique needs in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic stress.

Yoga

Insight offers private, group, and children's yoga sessions. Each yoga session focuses on mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to strengthen the mind-body connection. We work with each individual to provide a yoga session that suits their unique needs, with the goal of feeling comfortable and confident in the body. We aim to relieve tension held in the body as a result of chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma, restoring the relationship with ourselves and building insight into how emotions are stored in the body.

Integrate

Integrate our therapy and yoga offerings to address both mind and body challenges. We work with each individual to create an actionable plan to treat chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and/or trauma. These conditions are not only mental challenges, but contribute to low energy, stored tension, and bodily pains. By working with both our therapist and yoga instructor, we can provide relief to the physical tension as well as the emotional tension held.
